中文摘要 | 隨著成衣高品質化的趨勢,如何精確暸解襯膠膠量與粒徑對貼合物物性之影響,進前提升貼合品質,為目前成衣品質管理的重點。為此,本研究選擇廣泛應用之成衣素材,探討襯膠膠量與粒徑對貼合物物性之影響。由研究結果發現,隨著襯膠含量的增加,貼會物的厚度、彎曲剛性、剪切剛性及重量,將隨之而增加。而隨著襯膠膠粒徑的細化,貼合物的彎曲剛性、成形性及剪切剛性,將隨之減小。襯膠膠量與粒徑對貼合物的鬆弛收縮,並無顯著影響。 |
英文摘要 | Ready-made clothes are in the trend toward high quality. To understand what effects of the amount and particle size used for interlining resin to physical properties of fused composites is the main issue of ready-made clothes quality management today. For this, the materials wildly applied in ready-made clothes were selected to discover the effects of amount and particle size of interlining resin to physical properties of fused composites. The research results show the thickness, bending rigidity, shear rigidity and weight of fused composite increase with the increase of interlining resin quantity. On the other hand, the bending rigidity, formability, and shear rigidity of fused composite decrease with the decrease of interlining resin's particle size. There is no significant effect to cause relaxation and shrinkage on fused composite due to the amount or particle size of interlining resin. |
