中文摘要 | 本研究以理論方式探討三維編織纖維結構之幾何構造參數與其水力半徑之關係,並藉以推導得一估算三維編織纖維結構之水力半徑的理論模式。研究結果顯示三維編織纖維孔道之水力半徑大小會隨纖維編織間距的增大呈對數遞增,而與編織纖維之直徑大小無關。由編織纖維結構微觀分析可知,各類編織纖維材料都是由四種不同的基本孔洞以一定的比例配置所形成的。因此,三維編織纖維的水力半徑可以幾何權重的方式加權平均計算而得。本研究推得之三維編織纖維結構水力半徑估算模式,可以更簡便而準確的求得複雜編織構造的水力半徑,所得之水力半徑將有助於編織濾材的選擇與設計,並提供紡織工業研發新編織材料及應用技術的一個理論基礎。 |
英文摘要 | A theoretical model has been developed to evaluate the effect of geometrical parameters of three-dimensional fabrics on hydraulic radius of different fabric structures. Results show that the hydraulic radius increases logarithmically with the increase of weave spacing between yarns and is independent on the yarn diameter. As any fabric is composed of a certain percentage of one to four different pore types, its hydraulic radius can be evaluated by taking the composition of pore types and hydraulic radius of pore types into account. The analytical result of the model can be used to design and select woven fabrics in accordance with the filtration requirement, encouraging textile industry to develop new fabrics to meet the requirement of specific industrial applications. |
