中文摘要 | 測量與驗證自行研發假體(self-developed mathematic, SDM及侖道(Rando)假體於進行CT腹部掃描檢查時,皮膚所接受到的等價劑量Equivalent dose, EDs_(Skin))。將熱發光劑量計(Thermoluminicent dosimeters, TLD)TLD-100H三顆為一袋,佈值於根據ICRU-48號報告之自行研發的擬人假體表面,假體為10、30、50、70及90公斤,同樣的也貼於侖道假體。使用西門子PET/CT-Biograph 16進行自橫隔膜到恥骨聯合之電腦斷層腹部掃描。掃描完成後的TLD-100H使用Harshaw-3500計讀儀進行劑量計讀,計讀後的數值經過分析與計算ED_(Skin)。實驗測量結果,不同體重的自行研發假體,每次於腹部CT掃描下,受到的ED_(Skin)由10公斤:2.46 ± 0.44mSv;到90公斤:6.56 ± 1.18mSv,而侖道假體為6.11 ± 1.10mSv。皮膚劑量會隨不同體重增加而上升的趨勢,ED_(Skin)(mSv) = 0.0492x + 2.46。其中X是假體體重(公斤),而本方程式的相關系數R^2為0.939。我們所得到的ED_Skin 與文獻中的以侖道假體,及受檢者所測得之皮膚劑量由1.1到9.6mSv相符合。 |
英文摘要 | Skin equivalent dose (ED_(skin)) of rando and different body-weight of self-developed mathematic (SDM) phantom derived from ICRU-48 were evaluating during abdominal CT examination. ED_(skin) of rando and SDM phantoms, 10, 30, 50, 70, and 90 kg, undergoing abdominal CT examinations, were measured using Thermoluminicent dosimeters (TLD) approach. All scans were conducted from diaphragm to pubic symphysis on the abdominal CT scan of PET/CT-Biograph 16. TLDs were measured by Harshaw 3500 TLD reader. ED_(skin) are increased with body-weight from 2.46 ± 0.44mSv (10kg) to 6.56 ± 1.18 (90kg) mSv of these SDM and 6.11 ± 1.10 mSv of rando phantoms. The correlations between ED_(skin) and body-weights were ED_(skin) (mSv) = 0.0492x + 2.46. X was SDM phantom in kg. R^2 is equal to 0.939. This equation could be used to derive of CT examination of males. ED_(skin) was in good agreement with 1.1-9.6 mSv as published. |
