中文摘要 | 本研究旨在了解三、四、五歲男女幼兒,在選用課室裡的學習區域及於 其中所發生的遊戲發展趨勢。 研究對象包括三、四、五歲幼兒四十二名,資料收集是採時間取樣(time sampling) 的方式,先將幼兒課室裡自由活動(Free play)的行為拍攝下來,再進行錄影帶 的觀察。 資料分析之結果如下:幼兒在學習區域的選用,社會性及認知性遊戲各類的發生 頻率,均達顯著的差異。其中不同年齡、性別之幼兒在學習區域的選用,社會性 遊戲發生率上顯著差異,但認知性遊戲各類型發生頻率僅和年齡因素有關。此 外,各學習區域所發生的社會性遊戲、認知性遊戲類型亦達顯著差異,而各社會 性遊戲所發生的認知性遊戲類型亦達顯著差異。 研究結果建議:(l)由於幼兒選用各學習區域的頻率不一,且和幼兒的性別、年齡 及遊戲類型有關來看,老師若調整或增加各區域的佈置,並給予幼兒適當的引 導,或可平衡各角落的駐足率,及促進社會性與認知性遊戲的發展。(2)幼兒社 會性與認知性遊戲雖已出現團體及有規則遊戲,不過在觀察次數中仍有五分之二 為非遊戲,到底是幼兒在選擇學習區域上有困難,還是這些區域缺乏吸引力,抑 或有其它因素值得老師注意。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to describe the development of42 3-,4-, and 5-year-olds' use of learning areas arranged in the preschool setting during the free play period. Gender and age differencesin the use of learning areas were examined from both the use frequencyof areas and that of actions measured as play type. Time-sampling, video-recording, and videotape observation techniques were used in collecting the data to measure different types ofplay and use of areas. Analyses of data indicated that there were differances in areause and play type. also there were gender and age differances inarea use and social play type, but only age differances found in cognitive play type. Inaddition, differances were existed in social and cognitive playtype in each learning area, and each social play type was upheld inthe different rate of cognitive play type. Results of this study revealed that a child's gender and age playsignificant roles in relating to his or her use of learning areas andsocial play type but only age relevant to cognitive play type. Differentareas in the preschool setting provide different opportunities in facilitating social and cognitive play. Therefore, teacher should pay attentions to different needs for different gender and age children in different areas as the detailed observation in order to promote the child'svarious abilities. |
