英文摘要 | 近年來,壓力因應行為在心身醫學的研究和應用上廣泛受到注意,本文主要針對 相關課題的報告進行回顧,並提出代表性的理論模式,以整合不同層面的研究結果。有關壓 力因應行為的理論和研究,目前所發現的特徵有以下幾點共識:(1) 因應行為的評量應該獨 立於其隨後所產的後果;(2) 因應行為會受到個性和情境因素互動的影響;(3) 因應行為可 區分成不同向度或功能,例如有主動和被動之分,也有強調解決問題及調適情緒的功能等。 至於其所伴隨的生物學現象,主要與交感神經系統、腎上腺類固醇分泌系統及內生性嗎啡物 質有關,這些生理反應可能發生在特別的解剖位置,並受到基因遺傳的影響。本文並針對目 前有關壓力因應行為的理論及研究進行評論,並展望臺灣地區在相關議題的有關研究及臨床 應用之可行方向。 both trait and state concepts. Third, there is a hierarchical factor structure, which possesses two types of coping strategies, engagement and disengagement, and includes major functions of coping, problem-solving and emotion-regulation. The biological mechanisms which relate psychological coping to its health consequences in cardiovascular disorders and cancers are then presented. The role of noradrenergic, adrenocortical and endogenous opioid activations, which have been reported to be important physiological parameters in coping with stress, are then discussed. Empirical research data are described which indicate that there are anatomical modules and a genetic basis for the physiological coping. There is mounting evidence which suggests that coping is an important mediator between stress and illness; however further work is required to determine the underlying biological mechanisms. Finally, an integrative model for coping is presented and its implications for future research and practice in Taiwan are discussed. |
