中文摘要 | 傳統上使用單次抽痰管來移除具有氣切管或氣管内管病患的痰液,雖注意過程中手部的清潔及更換手套,但仍易致交互感染,且易在連結抽痰前後的呼吸管路時,造成院内病原菌的傳播。近來發展出一種不需移開呼吸器管路即可抽痰的密閉式呼吸道抽吸系統,除能降低下呼吸道感染,更可維持抽吸時吸入的氧氣濃度及吐氣末端正壓,以降低低血氧所造成的心律不整、迷走神經反射、低血壓,甚至猝死等危險。除了降低死亡率外,還能及時快速且安全的滿足偶發的氣管内管抽痰需求。而密閉式的設計,使工作人員得以降低其接觸到痰液或分泌物的風險,避免空氣污染;其可持續使用的特性,可節省安裝操作手續。對於抽吸類頻繁需求的病人,既可節省成本達經濟效益,又兼具環保。 |
英文摘要 | The patients with tracheostomy or endotracheal tube need suctioning to avoid the accumulation of sputum. Nurses have to take more time in washing hands and changing gloves as they use traditional single-use suction catheter for patient. In addition, using this kind of suction catheters has more chance to cause cross-infection, because an open airway system in suctioning process is the way to get organism. A closed-airway suctioning system doesn't need to disconnect ventilator circuit, so it can decrease the rate of low-airway infection. Moreover, it maintains the stability of inhaled fraction of inspired oxygen ratio and PEEP, it can bring down the possibility of arrhythemia, vasovagal reflexes, hypotension, or sudden death caused by hypoxia. It does not only lower death rate, but also decrease cross-infection rate and rapidly and safely satisfy patient's sudden suction need. The use of closed-airway suctioning system can reduce the danger of staff bring infected caused by touching sputum or secretion, and can avoid air pollution in the ward. Besides, it can save the time in repeated set-up operation. For the patients who need frequent suction, the use of closed-airway suction catheters do not only have economical efficiency, but also meet the requirement of environment protection. |
