中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討香港、臺灣高級中等學校學生的思考風格,並比較不同文化、性別、父母親教育程度在思考風格的差異。研究分別抽取臺灣高雄市6所、香港2所高級中等學校,共365(臺灣254、香港122人)名學生為樣本。研究工具為修訂的「思考風格量表」,所得資料以t考驗、二因子ANOVA進行統計考驗。結果發現:(1)臺灣學生在行政型、司法型、階層型、寡頭型、全球型、外在型和自由型多項思考風格之傾向均明顯多於香洪學生。(2)文化變項與性別變項在立法型、司法型和自由型呈現交互作用。臺灣女生在立法型、司法型和自由型顯著高於臺灣男生以及香港男女生。(3)文化變項與父母親教育程度變項在各類思考風格上未達顯著交互作用。最後,本研究除針對結果進行深入討論,並就教育上提出若干建議。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of the study was to explore the status quo of thinking styles of senior high school students in Taiwan and Hong Kong, and to explore the differences of culture, gender, and parents’ educational background in thinking styles. The study employed cluster sampling approach to pick out 365 students as subjects (254 from Taiwan, 121 from Hong Kong) in 6 senior high schools of Kaoshiung in Taiwan and 2 senior high schools in Hong Kong. The revised ‘Thinking Styles Scale’ was used and the resulting data were statistically analyzed through t-test and two-way ANVOA. The results indicated: 1) Taiwan students’ tendency of legislative, executive, judicial, hierarchic, monarchic, oligarchic, anarchic, global, external, and progressive thinking styles was more apparent than that of Hong Kong students. 2) Taiwan female students’ tendency of legislative, judicial, executive, hierarchic, anarchic, monarchic, oligarchic, global, local, progressive, conservative, and internal thinking styles was more apparent than that of Taiwan male students and both females and males of Hong Kong on Thinking Style scale. 3) Interaction between cultural and paternal educational background factors on thinking style did’t exist. Finally, suggestions regarding courses for full time and part time instructors were proposed besides an intensive discussion about the study. |
