中文摘要 | 本研究將知識整合機制類型分為「個人技能型」、「部門主導型」、「團隊技能型」三型,其後將此三型與創新策略類型的兩種類型作配適,形成六種策略配合類型,之後分別探討知識整合機制類型、創新策略類型與兩者配合類型與知識移轉績效之關係;最後,將探討中介變數-產業特性之影響。其中知識移轉績效之衡量,以「獲利能力績效」、「體質提升績效」、「移轉執行績效」為衡量變項。本研究選取的對象以高科技業及服務業中具有創新成功案例之公司為對象。共寄發問卷523份,回收有效問卷68份,回卷資料經頻次分析、單因子與雙因子變異數分析等統計方法整理後,歸納出重要的實證結論如下: (1)在移轉執行績效的各個變項與知識整合機制類型均達顯著水準,而在體質提升績效構面與獲利能力績效構面中均未達顯著水準,知識移轉整體績效亦未達顯著水準,這顯示知識整合機制類型在知識移轉過程中對移轉執行之績效有顯著影響。其中以「個人技能型」有較佳之移轉執行績效。(2)知識整合機制類型與創新策略之配合類型對知識移轉績效有顯著影響。其中「創業小組型」、「技術專家突破型」、「團隊合作突破型」等三型有較高之知識移轉績效,由於此三型為知識整合機制與突破式創新策略之配合類型,此結果與前述:「突破式創新型」有較佳之知識移轉績效,有一致性的結論。(3)高科技與服務業之間的知識整合機制與創新策略之配合類型對知識移轉績效有顯著影響。 |
英文摘要 | Three types of knowledge integration mechanisms are created: "individual skill type", "central department type", "team skill type". The fit between knowledge integration mechanisms and innovation strategy is divided into 6 types. The knowledge transfer performance is divided into 3 types: "earning ability performance", "foundation promoted performance", "transfer implementation performance". The sample of this research is based on industries of high-tech and service. The author sent 523 questionnaires and the number of return valid questionnaires were 68 sets. By using frequency analysis, single factor and double factor variance analysis, the study concluded with the following findings: (1) The result reveals that there is obviously influence between knowledge integration mechanisms and transfer implementation performance. The "individual skill type" would have better transfer implementation performance. (2) The result reveals that there is obviously influence between knowledge transfer performance and strategy fitness. The "entrepreneurial team type", "radical technologist type" and the "radical team-work type" would have better knowledge transfer performance; (3) The result reveals that there is obviously influence between high-tech and service industries in strategic fit of knowledge integration mechanisms and innovation strategy with knowledge transfer performance. |
