中文摘要 | 本文主要是探討在極低飛行高度條件之下,磁頭﹣磁片系統的非線性穩定分析。 在如此低的飛行高度之下,稀薄氣體效應及粗糙度效應變得極其重要;利用隱性因式分解技 巧及 Runge-Kutta 積分在時間域來同時解系統的耦合方程式 -- 磁頭﹣磁片界面的潤滑方 程式及磁頭的運動方程式。 討論粗糙高度、Peklenik 數、磁片轉速及磁頭彈簧負載對磁頭 穩態飛行高度的影響,結果發現低轉速、高負荷、及橫向型粗度皆可明顯的降低飛行高度; 最後探討粗糙度參數對系統非線性穩定性的影響,並提供穩定邊界圖。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, the nonlinear dynamics of slider-disk interface (SDI) with ultra-thin spacing is analyzed with coupled roughness and rarefaction effects taken into consideration. The coupled equations, modified Reynolds equation of gas lubricating film and equation of motion of slider, are solved simultaneously in the time domain. The effects of standard deviations of roughness heights, Peklenik numbers and disk velocities, on the flying heights are discussed. The analysis shows that roughness and rarefactions are of significant effects on the slider-disk performance. Large load, low disk velocity and transverse type roughness may reduce the flying height significantly. For longitudinal type roughness, the stability region decreases as the standard deviation increases. Also, the region of stability for the operating conditions are provided for further design requirement. |
