中文摘要 | 本研究目的是為瞭解某醫學中心過去曾舉辦護理行政訓練課程之目的、課程內容、 課程時間、評值方式及經費支出情形,並調查護理長行政訓練班課程之需求,以 及評值護理長在六大管理能力之滿意度,做為未來實施行政管理訓練之參考。調 查資料收集時間自民圈75年11月起至88年3月止,以某醫學中心五期訓練班資 料,及護理長對繼續教育需求調查表以及行政管理自我評值滿意度問卷表為研究 工具。研究結果顯示過去十三年辦理五期行政訓練課程內容以控制、人事管理、 組織所開的課程較多,分別為45小時、40小時、38小時,以評估、規劃及領導 較少,分別為4小時、20小時及24小時。支出費用每期平均為64,396元。護理 長對繼續教育的需求前五名為「雙贏式溝通與協調技巧」、「運用諮商概念提升員 工滿意度」、「情緒與挫折處理」、「危機處理裡混與技巧」及「時間管理」。護理長 對自我評值滿意度在評估、規劃、組織、人事管理、領導、控制六大行政管理過 程平均分數分別為3.26、3.38、3.54、3.36、3.55、3.35,介於滿意與很滿意之 間。由過去、現在需求及自我評值滿意程度表59項滿意及不滿意項目,可預測將 來行政管理及教育訓練趨勢,做為行政及教育訓練參考。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study were to: (1) understand the purpose, time, course content, evaluation, satisfaction and cost of the past 5 Nursing Administration Training. (2) Assess head nurses' present needs, and (3) evaluation head nurses' satisfaction on six nursing management process. The collection and analyzing time started from Nov. 1986 and ended on Mar. 1999. Past training data, head nurses' needs tool and self-evaluation of satisfaction tool were used as instrument. The results showed most of the Nursing Administration courses emphasized on controlling, staffing, organization, and less focused on assessment, planning, and leadership. The average cost per training including lecture fees and material fees were 64,396 NT dollars. The top five topics for head nurses' needs were communication skills, elevating staffs satisfaction, emotional management, crisis management, and time management. The head nurses' average satisfaction scores on six Nursing Management process (assessment, planning, organization, staffing, leadership, and controlling) were 3.26、 3.38、3.54、3.36、3.55、3.35. From past data, present needs and self- evaluation of satisfaction scores showed head nurses' needs, weakness and future trends. It helped nursing administrators not only on course evaluation but also on predicting of future needs. |
