中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討國小教師評鑑的意義、目的、方法、原則與模式。文中將教師評 鑑的意義區分appraisal與ealuation之差異,並進一步闡述評鑑的目的可區分為教師自我評 鑑、同儕評鑑、上級一部屬評鑑、由學生評鑑教師教學、校外人士評鑑或非教育人士評鑑等 方式。並提出教師評鑑的模式計有臨床視導模式(clinical supervision model)、目標設定模式 (goal-setting model)、治療模式(remedial model)與共同法則模式(common law model) 等四類。 |
英文摘要 | The main point of this research is to probe into the meanings, objectives, methods, and principles of the evaluation of elementary school teacher. In the article, the evaluation of teacher is differentiated between appraisal and evaluation. It goes further to explain that the objective of the evaluation is divided into development-oriented and achievement-oriented. By the evaluator, the actual way of the evaluation of teacher may be classified into the self-evaluation of teacher's teaching by students, evaluation of people outside of school, or evaluation, or evaluation of non-educators. It also brings up four types of evaluation of teachers, they are clinical supervision mode, goal- setting model, remedial model, and common law model. |
