中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在於探討植物組培瓶換氣率之影響因子。試驗使用空氣絕對濕度 值為量測對象,測驗之容器共有 12 種。國內自行開發之組培瓶則使用了 5 種不同換氣設 計以比較換氣率。 試驗結果顯示國外組培瓶在未特別處理時, 其換氣率為 0.031/hr ∼ 0.041/hr 之範圍,國內使用之三角玻璃瓶換氣率低於此數值。 國內研發之四方瓶,以瓶蓋 開孔填塞棉花、貼上不同層之透氣膜等處理均對換氣率產生顯著影響。組培瓶周圍空氣氣流 之增加,對換氣率有顯著之增加效果,增加比例約 40-60%。 此研究測定之各種組培瓶氣率 之數值可用以改善組培瓶內微氣候。 |
英文摘要 | The factors affecting of the gas exchange rates for plant tissue culture vessels were investigated in this study. The absolute humidity of air was used as tracing gas. Twelve of vessels were used. Five configurations of domestic vessels also were tested to compare their exchange rate. The results indicated gas exchange rates of foreign vessles within the ranged of 0.031/hr to 0.041/hr. The value of local triangular glass vessel was significantly lower. The different treatment, such as inserted cotton in hole or adhered with air permeable film, had the significantly effect on the air exchange rates of domestic box-type vessels. The air current velocity around the vessels increased the exchange rate of the ratio about 40-60%. The numeric values of exchange rates for all kinds of vessels provide a useful information for the improvement of the microclimate of vessels. |
