中文摘要 | 本篇研究的目的在探討以60%最大自主收縮之電刺激劑量強度下進行 四週膝伸肌等長訓練,對於正常年輕男性膝伸肌等速向心與離心肌力的影響;23 位年輕男性受試者志願參與本研究,7位受試者於膝彎曲60度下接受電刺激訓 練,另外7位受試者於膝彎曲90度下進行電刺激訓練,9位受試者為不接受電 刺激訓練之控制組;本研究使用蘇聯波之電刺激參數模式訓練非慣用腳,將 2500Hz之中頻正弦波調制成每秒50個波組,每次電刺激刺激時間10秒、休息 50秒,每回電刺激訓練非慣用腳股四頭肌收縮15次,每週訓練三回,共訓練四 週。劑量化電刺激訓練前後進行膝伸肌在角速度60度、120度及180度之最大 等速向心與離心肌力測試,所有的等速肌力測量及電刺激訓練時之肌力值測量皆 以Kin-Com 500H等速測力機進行;研究結果顯示使用60%MVC之電刺激訓練 四週對於非慣用腳在等速向心及離心肌力進步百分比方面較控制組顯著的增 加,同時電刺激訓練對於慣用腳等速肌力也有增加的趨勢,但是在膝彎曲60度 及90度電刺激訓練下這兩組之訓練效果並無明顯的差異;此研究結果證實使用 特定劑量化的電刺激訓練對於股四頭肌等速肌力有增進的效果,發展劑量化的電 刺激訓練計劃對於肌肉動態力量之改善及臨床物理治療之應用為相當重要的方 法。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to examine the training effects on isokinetic concentric and eccentric strength of knee extensors in normal young men through the intensity of 60% maximal voluntary contraction (MVC) of electrical stimulation (ES) training at knee flexion 60 or 90 degrees for 4 weeks. Twenty-three subjects were randomly assigned into 60%MVC at knee flexion 60 degrees (N=7), 60%MVC at knee flexion 90 degrees (N=7), and the control group (N=9). The ES training mode in this study was similar to the parameters of the conventional Russian Current. Median frequency (2500Hz) stimulation modulated to 50 bursts per second was used. The ES duty cycle was 10 seconds of ES that induced isometric contraction at knee 60 or 90 degrees and then 50 seconds for rest. Twelve training sessions each included 15 times of ES to quadriceps femoris of the non-dominant side lasted for 4 weeks. A Kin-Com 500H isokinetic dynamometer was used to evaluate the isokinetic concentric and eccentric strength of both knee extensors before and after the ES training program. The results showed both ES training groups in the isokinetic strength increase percentage of knee extensor of the non-dominant side were significantly greater than the control group. The ES training groups in isokinetic strength of knee extensor of the dominant side increased after 4-week ES training. However, the training effects on isokinetic strength of knee extensors between both ES training groups were not significantly different. The results suggested that the quantitative ES training program appeared to be effective in enhancing isokinetic strength of quadriceps femoris. The development of quantitative ES training programs may be an important method for the application of dynamic muscle training and clinical physical therapy. |
