中文摘要 | 本論文分析兩種滑動磨損試驗機專用之雙軸向力傳感器:扭曲懸臂型及雙板型雙軸向力傳 感器。兩者在垂直軸向皆具有相同0.1N的敏感度、低於5%的交談度、約42.0kN/m的彈性和0.0-44.5N 的有效工作範圍,但具有不同的側向軸反應特性,適用不同的滑動磨損測試環境。扭曲懸臂型具有 較硬的側向軸彈性和較低自然頻率響應,因此較適合較高磨擦力的乾滑動磨損環境;雙板型則相反, 適用於較低磨擦力和較高滑動頻率的乾溼滑動磨損環境。本論文首先以典型解析法求得雙軸向力傳 感器的雛型,然後利用有限元素分析改良其幾何尺寸,並計算其動態響應,如臨界撓曲負載和自然 頻率。藉由惠式電橋實驗印證扭曲懸臂型的設計,結果顯示優良的力╱變形反應和低交談度,並將 其實際應用於Boden-Leben滑動磨損試驗機測量正向和側向滑動接觸力。 |
英文摘要 | Two types of bi-axial force transducers, namely twisted cantilever and space-frame, are analyzed in this study. Both the twisted cantilever and space-frame force transducers have a resolution of 0.1 N with less than 5% cross talk sensitivity, a spring rate of about 42.0 kN/m and a working range of 0.0-44.5 N in the normal axis. The twisted cantilever is about twice stiffer and has lower natural frequency than the space- frame in the tangential axis. Thus, it is adequate for the sliding wear application under dry sliding conditions and low sliding cycles. For improving force sensitivity, the space-frame is the better choice of measuring relatively small friction subjected to high sliding cycles. A classical solution is used to initiate the dimension of transducers. Then, finite element analysis is adopted to fine-tune the structures and consequently to calculate natural frequency and buckling load. The twisted cantilever structure is built to demonstrate load- deflection response that reveals the projected cross talk sensitivity of about 5% via two sets of full Wheatstone gage bridges. As a result, it is used as a force probe in a Boden-Leben sliding wear tester. |
