英文摘要 | The CIPP model was used to evaluate Taiwan's mechanical engineering technology programs. Faculty, students, graduates, and employers provided data. They all agreed that the curriculum provides appropriate knowledge and skills. Students, graduates, and faculty were satisfied with the curriculum, faculty with student achievement, graduates with their job preparation, and employers with graduates' job performance. Conclusions: Context: Students were dissatisfied with curriculum flexibility; graduates with curriculum design, adaptability, practicality, credit hours. Faculty and students with the number of required courses. Input: Students, faculty, and graduates perceived audiovisuals and manipulative positively. Faculty and students perceive CAI implementation positively. Students perceived textbooks negatively. Bs Process: Faculty, students, and graduates perceived all support service negatively. Faculty perceived students achievement negatively. Students and graduates perceived teaching effectiveness negatively. Faculty and students perceived curriculum objectives and practicum negatively. Product: Employers were satisfied with graduates' academic preparation and job performance, adaptability, punctuality, and their ability to communicate, cooperate, and meet organizations needs. |
