中文摘要 | 本文透過求解雷諾平均化涅維爾史托克方程式,求得水翼周圍之紊流場,以研究 不同之形狀參數(展弦比、後略比與斷面形狀等)對水翼流體動力特性(升力、阻力、轉 軸力矩與失速角)的影響,與勢流理論比較,黏性流計算考慮了因流體黏性(流體流離) 對壓力造成的影響,而流體流離使得水翼在大攻角時發生失速現象。計算空間採用貼壁座 標與多區塊結構式網格,統御方程式則以二階之有限體積法加以離散,紊流模型使用標準 之k-ε模型與牆函數。除了上述之形狀參數外,本文亦對全動式與半動式水翼加以討論, 此外雷諾數的影響也在文內一併考慮。水翼斷面形狀之二維結果則用來與三維結果比較, 流體在水翼周圍的流場結構(流體流離型態),可解釋在不同攻角下升力與阻力延翼展方 向分佈之差異,與實驗結果相較,本文中數值計算所得之流體動力特性相當接近於量測值 ,因此使用雷諾平均化涅維爾史托克方程式,可對水翼之流體動力特性進行相當準確的估 算。 |
英文摘要 | In order to investigate the hydrodynamic characteristics (lift, daag, stock moment and stall angle) of hydrofoils for different form parameters (aspect ratio, taper ratio and profile shape), the turbulent flow around them is computed by solving the Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations. In contrast to the potential approach, this viscous approach considers the viscous (especially separation) effects on pressure which cause stall condition at large attack angle. The governing equations are discretized by a second-order finite volume method in a body-fitted and block-structured grid system. The standard k-ε model and wall function is applied as the turbulence model. All-and flap-movable hydrofoils are both studied here. The influence of Reynolds number is also investigated. Two-dimensional computations were done to show the differences between two-and three-dimensional flows. Lift and drag distributions along foil span are examined at first. The flow structure (separation pattern) explains the variation of lift and drag along foil span at different angle of attack. Comparison of lift, drag, stock moment and stall angle between measurements and computations generally shows good agreements. This study shows that RANS computation provides good means to predict the hydrodynamic characteristics of hydrofoils. |
