中文摘要 | 本文係以PAN系氧化纖維織物為材料,以平縫式針步縫合,旨在探討縫合物抗張縫 合性質。 由實驗結果顯示, 兩裁片以相同角度方式縫合時具有較佳的縫合強度,其中又以 90 ° - 90 °的縫合具有最佳的效果。 此外,縫合物縫合針目密度與縫目破壞具有關連性 ,當針密越高時縫合強度愈大。至於縫合物耐久使用性方面,縫合物頗具耐洗滌及濕強度性 能,但在耐高溫方面有待加強。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to examine the seam stength of oxidized PAN fabrics sewed by means of lockstitch. The experimental results it showed that a better seam strength was obtained by seaming with the same angles, especially with 90 ° - 90 °. Besides, the density of the stitch numbers was also related to the deterioration of the seam of stitches: the higher the stitch density, the stronger then seam strength. As to the durability of the seam, it showed the features of enduring washing and moisture sorption. However, its heat-proof quality needs to be improved. |
