英文摘要 | 生化湯係一則常用的產科方劑,主要使用於產婦分娩後之復健,具有促進子宮收 縮、排除惡露、止痛及補血等作用。 本試驗應用分娩母豬之模式來探討生化湯之有效性, 以期印證其臨床價值,並評估可否應用於母豬產後之調養用。本研究分為四個試驗。第一及 第二試驗分別使用自製及科學中藥來探討生化湯在母豬臨床試驗之可行性。這兩個試驗均證 實分娩母豬服用生化湯試劑,可以縮短其離乳至配種之間距 (約 1 日 ) 以及促進仔豬增重 (平均 0.7kg/ 頭 ), 證明了生化湯的確具有提早恢復母豬生殖機能以及促進泌乳能力,在 母豬生產上頗具使用價值。而西藥麥角新鹼不具此價值。實驗三則以天竺鼠之子宮為材料, 利用體外試驗,印證了生化湯的確具有良好的子宮收縮作用,而且其作用機轉係經由阻斷子 宮上 adrenergic β�� receptor 及促進細胞內 Ca �督� -influx 所達成。 實驗四則利用 凍解牛黃體細胞體外培養法, 證實生化湯與其三種主要化學成分如 ferulic acid, α -amygdalin 及 glycyrrhizin 不具促性腺素之作用。 由上述試驗證實生化湯的確可以經由 促進子宮之收縮而改善母豬之產後生殖性能, 然其促進泌乳能力 (亦即促進仔豬增重 ) 則 有待進一步研究。 udy is safe. However, ergonovine maleate, a uterine involution drug, shortened the estrus return period for 0.5 days only, and did not increase the weight gain of piglets when compared with the control. Results suggested that SHT is better than ergonovine when practiced for this purpose. SHT may both promote the shortening of uterine involution and increasing lactation. In Experiment 3, the hot water extract (decoction)of SHT stimulated the contractile activity of isolated uterus of guinea pig in vitro. Both diltiazem (Ca �督� channel blocker )and ritodrine(β��-stimulant) antagonised the effect of SHT on the uterine contraction of sows, suggesting the SHT mechanism may be mediated through stimulating Ca�督�-influx channel and blocking β��-receptor of the uterus. However,SHT and its principle compounds such as ferulic acid, α -amygdatin, and glycyrrhizin did not alter the progesterone production from bovine luteal cells in vitro (Experiment 4). These data implied that the tested materials did not promote gonadotrophic activity. From the above experiments, we conclude that SHT amy overcome the postpartum syndrome of sows by reducing the estrus return interval and increase the body weight gain of piglets. |
