中文摘要 | 近年來國人的休閒生活已隨著時代的變遷而愈形重要,為滿足及提昇民眾休閒生 活的需求與品質,了解民眾遊憩偏好之影響因子即成為一項基本課題。本研究認為個人的日 常生活情況、工作內容以及每日工作之餘所從事活動都會影響遊憩活動的選擇,因而以臺中 市居民為主要研究對象,探討不同的工作型態與遊憩偏好之間的相關性,並建立理論模式。 本研究以問卷調查的方式來收集資料,並運用次數分配、因素分析、變異數分析、相關分析 等統計方法,加以實證分析之。結果發現:一、受訪者之工作型態,大多數為日班、室內、耗 費心力與體力各半、壓力時有時無、隔週休二日的工作者。二、工作時段、工作情形、工作 壓力、休假情形在選擇遊憩活動偏好上有顯著的差異性存在;而工作場所則無顯著的差異性。 三、在工作內容方面,工作具穩定性、多變性、壓力、風險性等性質者,在選擇遊憩活動之 偏好上均有顯著的差異性存在;這點表示民眾將依自己的需求選擇適合自己的遊憩活動,而這 需求也會受到工作內容性質的影響。四、工作場所及休假情形方面,對於遊憩體驗之偏好有 顯著的差異存在;而工作時段、工作情形、工作壓力則呈現較不顯著的差異。五、工作內容與 遊憩體驗之偏好具有顯著的相關性,遊憩產業的經營管理應重視這種相關性,以作為遊憩機 會提供與行銷之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Leisure life has become an important issue for the public in Taiwan. In order to meet people's leisure demand and enhance its quality, it is necessary to understand the factors that affect their preferences for leisure and recreation. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between job styles and recreation preferences. Citizens in Taichung were the study sample for the data collection by means of a questionnaire survey. Statistical approaches, such as frequency, factor analysis, analysis of variance, and correlation analysis, were applied in this study. The research findings includes: (1) the job styles for most respondents were working during daytime, indoors, both mental and physical energy needed working pressure existed sometimes, and 2-day off in alternate week. (2) the preferences for recreation activities were significantly different due to different working hours, working conditions, working pressure, individual day-off policy, but not affected by the working places. (3) the preferences for recreation activities were also significantly affected by job characterisitics, such as job stability, job complexity, performance and risks. It may indicate that people may choose their preferred recreation activities according to their job characteristics.(4) the preferences for recreational experiences were significantly affected by working places and day-off policy but not by working hours, were conditions, and working pressure. (5) job characteristics as mentioned above were significantly related to respondents' preferences for recreational experiences. Recreation managers may refer to these findings for their marketing planning precess. |
