中文摘要 | 訊息處理模式的理論及研究,最大的貢獻在於使我們瞭解認知及知覺歷程對運動 技能表現的影響。個體之訊息處理反應時間是為技能表現勝負之重要因素,尤其是在快速活 動的競技項目,訊息處理策略的加速提取,意味著個體擁有時間面的控制優勢。ERP 技術應 用在運動員訊息處理研究,將可提供運動員在模擬的運動情境中,大腦如何進行認知作業的 情形,或是在運動技能表現時大腦各部位電位活動的即時資料。而此認知歷程各階段功能內 涵的闡明,可以提供研究者瞭解運動訓練的效果是作用在中樞神經運作期的那個階段,同時 針對此關鍵階段提供指導者相關的資訊,作為設計運動訓練計畫的參考,以有效的經由訓練 加速選手的訊息處理歷程,提昇其運動技能表現。 |
英文摘要 | The major contribution of human information processing theory and related research is to disentangle the effects of cognition and perception on motor performance. The speed of information processing is critical on sport performance. Fast action sports in particular, enhanced information processing capability meants more time to evaluate stimuli, to make decision, and to prepare and execute response. However, traditional behavioral measures such as RT are limited on its capability to study the covert processes of human information processing. The application of ERP, a measure of brain electrical activity that can reflect a variety a cognitive processes, can be complementary to this endeavor. With ERP measures, cognitive processes at simulated environment or during real time motor performance can be studied. Key cognitive processes related to sport performance can be revealed and intervention strategies can devised and evaluated by the application of ERP. |
