中文摘要 | 本實驗之研究對象臺灣泡桐實木,所切削之長薄型粒片及所製造之定向粒板等, 經實驗測定後之結果可知;臺灣泡桐之氣乾密度平均0.244g/cm�纂A絕乾密度平均為 0.218g/cm�纂C臺灣泡桐長薄型粒片之外觀特徵,全體具粗糙表面,而具扭轉、裂痕、破洞 等缺點之粒片佔92%,且大都2-3缺點同時發生。定向粒片板之性質,成板之壓縮比為1.86, 剖面密度最大值與最小值之比為1.75,均具層狀效果。而粒片定向角度分佈,在30°以下時 可達70%以上。在靜曲強度性質方面則大都與密度成正比關係,MOR及MOE均是平行方向大於 垂直方向,且平行方向與垂直方向之比值約3:1。用膠量方面均是6.5%大於4.5%。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the properties of oriented strand board and its flakes made of domestic species of Paulownia taiwaniana. The density of the air dried solid wood was 0.244g/cm�� and oven dried wood was 0.218 g/cm��, The features of 92% flakes were with crude surfaces, and there were also several defects such as twists, deformations, broken scars etc.., There were 2 or 3 defects occurred at one piece of flake for most of cases. The properties of oriented strand board (OSB), could be summarized as follow: The ratio of density between board and raw material was 1.86, and the ratio of profile density between maximum value and minimum value was 1.75, The layer effects could be found in both ratios. More than 70 % of fiake oriented angle were under30 degree. The modulus of rupture (MOR) and modulus of elasticity (MOE) were investigated in span direction parallel (MOR/ /, MOE/ / ) and perpendicular (MOR ┴, MOE ┴) to the board orientation. The results shown that the MOR / / and MOE / / were larger than the MOR ┴ and MOE ┴ and the ratio of MOR / / : MOR 1 or MOE / / : MOE ┴ were about 3: 1. The board with 6.5% resin content had higher bending strength than that with 4.5%. |
