中文摘要 | 權力在決策制定的過程中扮演著影響決策選擇的重要角色,企業在決策時,極有可能較偏向於某一模式,並且對決策之績效產生影響。綜觀臺灣公、民營企業中的決策運作模式,大致可分為三種:決策政治化、決策制度化及決策理性化。就家族企業而言,傾向於決策政治化者最多,而傾向於決策制度化者則居次。而外資企業由於權責劃分較清楚,因此,其決策模式較傾向於理性化,公營企業雖然以決策理性化佔大多數,但是在決策政治化及決策制度化上,卻比其它企業所佔比例更多。再者,若由績效的觀點來看,績優組在決策模式中較傾向於理性模式,而績差組較傾向於非理性模式。 |
英文摘要 | Power is a very important factor in decision making process, Organizations which apply different types of decision model reveal different performance. By taking the Taiwanese public-owned as well as private enterprises as samples. There are three kinds of decision models in public-owned and private organizations: Political Decision Model, Bureaucratic Decision Model, and Rational Decision Model. Our findings show that: the family-owned businesses are more political decision oriented; the foreign businesses are rational decision oriented, Although the public-owned organizations are rational decision oriented, they are more political decision and bureaucratic decision oriented than the others. To sum up, Higher-performance organizations tend to use rational decision model. On the other hand, the low-performance organizations tend to adopt non-rational decision models. |
