英文摘要 | 脂質過氧化作用被認為是葉片老化之主要機制。活化氧族或自由基能導致脂質過 氧化作用。過氧化氫本身即為一活化氧族,同時在鐵或銅存在下可與超氧自由基作用而形成 更具活性的氫氧自由基。因此,本研究係針對外加過氧化氫加速水稻切離葉片老化與脂質過氧 化作用間關係加以研究。葉片老化係以蛋白質含量降低的程度代表之。不論是光線或黑暗下 , 過氧化氫可有效的加速葉片老化,同時增加脂質過氧化程度,亦即 malondialdehyde 含 量增加。然而,外加過氧化氫處理所促進之葉片老化,並不伴隨著內生過氧化氫含量之增加 。 Thiourea( 氫氧自由基清除劑 ) 可完全阻止過氧化氫所促進的葉片老化與過氧化氫所導 致的 superoxide dismutase 與 ascorbate peroxidase 活性之降低。本研究之結果似乎說 明過氧化氫所促進的葉片老化可能是由於自由基所引起脂質過氧化作用之結果。 iated with an increase in its endogenous level.
