中文摘要 | 本研究目的在於發展一種模式,用來計算出人體在動態行走時的踝關節運動情形 ,在研究中將踝關節模型建立成一個由兩理想旋轉軸(腳踝關節軸和下跗關節軸)連結的三 肢體的系統。因為外部標記無法反應出距骨的運動,所以活體的實際下跗關節軸運動不能直 接測量,因此 13 位受測者資料必須使用最佳化方法來計算出上述兩關節軸的位置與方向; 藉由此數學模式計算的過程,距骨的運動是可以用不到的,本實驗利用動態分析系統測量人 體正常步態期間表面標記約三度空間運動軌跡,另外利用其中一位受測者的資料作重複性測 試來研究其數據重現性,由研究結果得知,腳踝關節軸私下跗關節軸在運動上有其相關性, 故此二軸可合成一對同步旋轉的轉動軸。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research was developed a model to compute the ankle joint complex for dynamic movement. The ankle joint complex was modeled as a three-segments system, connected by two hinge joints: the talocrural and the subtalar joint. The actual subtalar joint movement cannot be measured directly in vivo, because external markers will not reflect the movement of the talus. The optimization method was used to determine the position and orientation of the joint axes in 13 normal subjects. By the mathematical model, the movement of the talus segment is not necessary for the analysis. The motion analysis system (Motion Analysis Corp. Santa Rosa CA) was used to collect marker trajectories in three dimensions during the level walking. Reproducibility was evaluated by repeated testing of one subject. The results of this study revealed that there are significant relationships existed between talocrural joint axis and subtalar joint axis. It is reasonable that the two axes can be regarded as a coupled axis. |
