中文摘要 | 本文是以一維理論模式,配合數值方法, 針對一噴墨印頭,預測其噴出墨滴串的 變形發展過程,並著重於探討墨滴串噴出後並沒有剝離,而是噴出一段長度後又縮回噴嘴內 ,造成沒有實際噴墨的有趣現象。預測結果顯示韋伯數對雷諾數的比值大到超過一臨界值後 ,此噴不出的現象即發生。 |
英文摘要 | The present study aims to provide numerical predictions on the droplet formation process for a thermal bubble inkjet printhead. A one-dimensional model is used to describe the flow motion in the ejected ink. An interesting un-ejected phenomenon, that is no break-off of an ejected droplet from the nozzle exit, is discussed. The present study shows that the un-ejected phenomenon can occur, as the ratio of Weber number to Reynolds number becomes greater than a specific threshold value. |
