英文摘要 | This article investigates the surface modification of asymmetric SiC membranes by various recipes of alkoxide sol. The tetraethoxy silane TEOS-based recipes are prepared by varying the concentrations of polydimethyl siloxane (PDMS), zirconium butoxide (ZBO), or by catalyzing with two-stage acid or acid-base solutions. The most selective porous membrane is the one that is obtained through modification via TEOS sol, whose PDMS (10 �� centistokes)/TEOS ratio is 0.2 and catalyzed by acid. The flow-averaged pore radius after modification is reduced down to 11.9nm, the N �� permeability is 5 × 10 gmol/Pasm ��. Membranes modified by Zr-containing TEOS sols have lower selectivities. The most selective membrane modified by Zr-containing TEOS sol has a flow-averaged pore radius 41nm and an N �� permeability 6 × 10 gmol/Pasm ��. |
