中文摘要 | 本研究為瞭解臺灣地區栽培種山藥種山藥種內之變異,進行核酸逢機增殖多型性(random amplified polymorphic DNA, RAPD)歧異度分析,藉由品系間之相似係數及分群分析之結果探討其種內的變異情形。結果:1)田薯(D.alata)臺灣品系與美國品系間有差異。全部品系可分為3群,其中A20-A33之品系,顯然與其他兩群之品系不同;2)懷山藥(D. batatas)臺灣品系與日本品系間無顯著差異,且相似性高,可能為相同品種群。 |
英文摘要 | This study was to understand the variation of cultivated yam in Taiwan. The diversity of RAPD(random amplified polymorphic DNA) was investigated. The main results were summarized as follows: 1.Significant differences in D. alata clones were detected between Taiwan and U.S.A accessions. All accessions can be classified into three clusters. In the third cluster, code numbers from A20 to A33 were significant different from other clusters. 2.No significant differences in D. batatas accessions were detected between Taiwan and Japan accessions. The similarity coefficients were high among all accessions. It was suggested that the clones in Taiwan and Japan may be of the same origin. |
