中文摘要 | 當一次配電架空線斷落於高阻抗地面時,由於故障電流不大, 傳統保護裝置往往 無法偵測此一故障。斷落導線在地面上保持帶電狀態,一旦人畜誤觸易發生感電事故,造成 傷亡,且故障時常產生電弧,易引發火災而危害到公共安全。本研究計畫提出的低階偶次諧 波變異量法與零序電流峰值差異法,針對斷線落地與未落地故障之偵測,進行可靠度與靈敏 度測試。主要研究成果如下:(1) 發展斷線落地高阻抗故障偵測法,稱為低階偶次諧波變異 量法(簡稱變異量法)。(2) 發展斷線未落地故障偵測法,稱為零序電流峰值差異法(簡稱 峰值法)。(3) 與臺電公司共同進行斷線落地及斷線未落地故障試驗。(4) 量測特殊負載饋 線(如工廠、大型廣告霓虹燈與鹽霧害嚴重地區等具有諧波電流源之饋線)資料,並利用此 次人工故障試驗和過去清大的測試結果,評估變異量法與峰值法的可靠度與靈敏度,結果尚 稱理想。(5) 製作高阻抗故障偵測器,採用變異量法與峰值法,置於變電所側用於偵測故障 。(6) 對於故偵測器進行高阻抗故障以及斷線未落地故障的線上測試,結果符合預期要求。 |
英文摘要 | The 11.4Kv primary distribution feeder fallen on the high resistance ground can cause the high impedance fault (HIF). Due to the low fault current, conventional relays have difficulty in detecting such fault, To aviid hazard or accident caused by the HIF, we designed a HIF detector. By conducting the stage faults, we tested our detection algorithm and detcctor individually, According to the testing results, our detector has the ability to detect most HIF's with the fault current higher than 15 amperes, which is superior to the seven famous conventional methods under evaluation. Frthermore, our detector can also recognize the switchings of feeder capacitor and load to avoid the misdetection. This paper describes the design and testing of our deector, and suggests its future implementation as an effective HIF relay. |
