中文摘要 | 本文提出一種嶄新的頻域層級式強健性元件故障偵測架構(RCFD),用以解決具有元件容許誤差之大型類比電路故障診斷問題。在這個架構中,針對每一層電路使用層級式的滿階輸出量測技術來進行「元件參數變化率強健性估測器」的設計,以估測出每一層電路中元件參數的變化百分率,再謹慎地配合變化率評估程序,可以在具有元件容許誤差的情形下,推估出故障元件所在的區塊。再重複地使用及擴展這個想法,遂即提出一種用以解決具有元件容差之大型類比電路的頻域層級式強健性元件故障偵測架構。最後,本文舉出一個大型類比電路的故障診斷實例。在無需已知元件之故障型式及數目的情形下,結果顯示:使用本文所提之架構不僅能正確的完成診斷,並以極低的量測成本完成了具有元件容許誤差之大型類比電路故障診斷問題。 |
英文摘要 | A new frequency-domain hierarchical robust component failure detection (RCFD) scheme is proposed for robust fault diagnosis of large-scale analog circuits with component tolerant errors. In this scheme, hierarchical robust estimators of component variation rate, designed by using the hierarchical full-column rank output measurement technique for each hierarchy of the stratified circuit, are employed to estimate the component variation rate, and then be careful to evaluate component variation rate in order to reduce the effect of component tolerant errors. Applying this procedure for one hierarchy, a hierarchical RCFD scheme can be expanded to propose for considering large-scale analog circuits. Finally, an example about the fault diagnosis of a large-scale analog circuit is illustrated. The results indicate that, without any a priori information about the type and the number of component failure, precise diagnosis for a large-scale circuit with component tolerant errors is accomplished at lower measurement cost. |
