中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討「薩提爾模式親職成長團體」對國中生家長之立即與追蹤輔導效果。本研究以高雄市某兩所國中二十六名國一、國二學生家長為對象,依其性別、教育程度、子女之年級與性別,將受試者隨機分派成實驗組與控制組。實驗組接受為期四週,每週六個小時,共二十四小時的薩提爾模式親職成長團體諮商。研究結果以「父母溝通姿態量表」、「親子關係量表」和「親子溝通量表」測量之。主要發現如下: 一、 薩提爾模式親職成長團體對國中生家長之父母溝通姿態、親子關係及親子溝通之立即輔導與追蹤輔導效果均未達顯著。 二、 由團體成員的回饋及訪談發現:成員對本團體持正向肯定的態度,認為參加完團體獲得的學習包括增進同理心,改變父母獨尊觀念,設身處地為孩子的立場著想;能冷靜思考,減少即時反應;能覺察原生家庭對自己及孩子的影響以及學習新的親子管教與親子溝通技巧。此外,成員也表示經實驗處理後,他們較能促進家庭成員關係、調整舊有規則、改善親子溝通、提高情緒控制能力以及提升自我價值,更善待自己。 |
英文摘要 | The major purposes of the research were to develop a Satir model parenting group program and to examine the immediate and follow-up effects of the group. Twenty-six parents who had adolescent children at 1st and 2nd grades in junior high school were randomly assigned into either the experiment group or the control group. The experiment group attended eight sessions of the group, six hours a day, for four continuous weekends. It was found that the group program didn't show significantly immediate effects on the three dependent variables, nor did the follow-up effects. From the interview, the parents reported to learn to better understand their children and to consider children's perception, to be aware of the influences from original families on themselves and their parental attitudes. Suggestions derived from this study were provided for school counselors and some issues for future research were also discussed. |
