英文摘要 | Accurate diagnosis of airwayobstruction in infants and smallchildren is important.Bronchoscopy is a quite invasiveprocedure. 3D helical CT is a newlydeveloped technology. We appliedthis new technology to assess thetrachea and main bronchi of 8children with symptoms of airwayobstruction. The purpose of thisarticle is to evaluate the diagnosticaccuracy of 3D helical CT incombination with MR imaging inassessment of airway anomalies.The results prove that 3D helical CT and MR imaging are good inevaluating anatomic detail such asprecise arch configuration,tracheobronchial compression andbrachiocephalic vessel branching. |
