中文摘要 | 教學研究發展依據研究典範、興趣、研究環境及其時期的改變,從教師特質的研 究、過程-結果的研究、教師思考的研究、教室生態學的研究、教師知識的研究,隨著研究領 域的擴大,新的研究方法及統計方法的出現而使教學研究日益蓬勃。教學研究從問題的決定、 內容的篩還、方法的採用、研究結果的探討,意圖勾劃出教學歷程中先在變項、情境變項、 過程變項與結果變項間的複難關係。藉教學研究的結果為基礎,提供師資培育有效的訊息及 知識,以作為改善的借鏡。教學研究引導師資培育政策理論性的發展方向,師資培育問題提 供教學研究實務性的研究素材,此二者的關係相當密切,有賴理論與實務的結合。有鑑於此, 本文從教學研究各時期的發展、方法、假定及結果,分析研究貢獻和討論對師資培育的啟示。 |
英文摘要 | On the basis of research paradigm, interests, the study circumstance and its changes, research in teaching can be viewed as a new research approach. From the other angle, this new approach is not only enlarge the research field but also makes it more interesting due to embodying new knowledge, areas and thoughts, such as teacher characteristics, process-product study, the study of teacher thinking, classroom ecology, teacher knowledge and the appearance of new methodologies and new statistic techniques. From the whole research procedure, including question decision-making, content selection, the use of means, the discussion of research result, it is clear that research in teaching intends to provide a picture which is concerned with the complex interrelationship among a variety of variables, such as teaching procedures, presage, context, process and product. Besides, another purpose of research in teaching is able to discover new findings which can be seen as valueless suggestions for teachers in teaching. Such a kind of research results gained by this approach is also useful in teacher education policy-making. The relationship between this research approach and education policy-making reveals an interactive nature, On the one hand, research in teaching is able to supply some important findings which become the theoretic framework of policy-making. On the other hand, for researchers, issues of teacher education are practical. This article is engaged in examining the historical development of research in teaching, methods, hypotheses and results. Furthermore, it also intends to analyze the contribution and the suggestions of research findings. |
