中文摘要 | 隨著國內行動電話使用率的普及,有關行動電話所衍生的問題越來越多,其中尤 以使用行動電話對於駕駛安全的影響最受人矚目,在商業應用角度與駕駛安全觀點的雙重考 量下,更增加其爭議性,也引致相關單位立法的困擾。雖然立法院已於民國 90 年元月三讀 通過第一階段開車禁用手持式行動電話的增修條文,對於免持式仍採保留態度,然而,目前 在臺灣相關的本土化研究仍屬少數,且大多集中於技術、行銷或產品設計本身,較少針對駕 駛安全進行深入探討。雖然國外對於相關研究已行之有年,然而考慮國人使用習性、特有道 路狀況,以及不同的駕駛模式等,使國外研究結果的應用性大為降低,加以科技化的車內資 訊系統為必然趨勢,將使駕駛行為更趨複雜,因此,實有必要針對越來越多的行動電話族群 的駕駛安全議題,進行深入研究。本研究即針對個人變項或特質(如年齡、肇事傾向、危險 認知等)對於使用行動電話是否間接影響駕駛安全進行文獻的初步探討。 |
英文摘要 | Cellular phone has been increasingly used in Taiwanese daily life. It really makes the people's communication more convenient, but some controversies exist between the wide application of cellular phone and driver safety. To our knowledge related to the cellular phone, most of studies in Taiwan focused on its function development, marketing strategies, and product design. Little studies paid attention to the driving safety about it. Since the inherent differences exist between in foreign countries and in Taiwan, such as use pattern of cellular phone, traffic situation, and driving behavior of individuals, etc, the results suggested by the foriegn studies can not be directly applied to Taiwan. The study concerning driving safety of cellular phone in Taiwan is needed. This preliminary study, therefore, focused on how the individual factors (i.e., age, accident-prone personality, and subjective risk cognition) influence the driving safety while using cellular phone by paper review. We proposed an accident-caused model to explain why the accident was happened while the cellular phone use in driving. However, the model needs to be further validated. |
