中文摘要 | 不管是政府或企業組織,當面臨日益複雜的經營環境時,常需要龐雜的內部與外部資料作為營運管理決策之準據,這時導入資訊技術藉以提昇運作效率將是必行之途,這�堶悼]含了異質資料來源的儲存技術及經由研析技巧以整合彰顯資料所含訊息之各種方法。資料倉儲(Data Warehousing)和資料探勘(Data Mining)正是資訊科技應用在此範疇的最佳寫照,經由資料倉儲可將置於不同作業環境的操作性系統過濾、摘錄、整併;資料探勘則可因應業務需求,將不同資料整合成不同規則與預測模式供決策應用。 但是在資料倉儲中不管是資料的彙集或是擷取應用,有一重要的管理核心是要考慮的,就是什麼種類的資料是我們所需要的?不同的分析應用工具在擷取資料時所面對的是什麼?在本篇研究中我們建立了自動化分類資料的機制,依據要整併入資料倉儲之操作性關連資料庫表格的屬性描述,設計一套能對資料類別自動分類歸納的方法,並以決策樹儲存以作為資料儲存與擷取之檢視架構。經由此種建構程序,不僅可有效管理欲整併入資料倉儲的資料(與決策樹現存之類別比較-資料倉儲需求之資料類別),更可以經由決策樹所訂定之分類方式促使使用者能夠全盤資料分類的項目,進而提高取用資料之效率;因此達成資料倉儲資料分類自動化的合法性檢核,以及於資料探勘過程資料擷取容易度的提昇,將是本研究所建立之資料分類決策樹所提供的最大貢獻。 |
英文摘要 | Governments or enterprises use numerous internal and external data for making decisions, while integrating data from different sources usually presents many challenges. Different departments use different styles of record keeping, different conventions, and different time periods, therefore lots of labors are involved in assembling, integrating and cleaning up data. Data warehousing provides a consistent point of access to corporate massive operational data, and it has been designed exclusively for decision support. As the flood of data increases and machines that fulfill searching become commponplace, the opportunities for data mining increase dramatically. Strayegic rules and forecasting models can be deduced for decision-making by data mining methods. Intelligently analyzed data is a valuable resource. As we are trying to extract valuable information through data analysis, the following questions need to be answered: What kinds of data categories are needed when data are integrated from various operational systems? And what kinds of data categories can be correctly and efficiently retrieved when mining tools are used appropriate? In this paper, we will establish an automatic classifying mechanism to deduce data categories. The classification is achieved by using the attribute descriptions of specific operational relational tables. The categorized information will be integrated into a decision tree structure and be regarded as an inquiry framework when data are going to be stored or retrieved. Via this framework, the data are stored electronically and the search is automated. In addition, the information is maintained efficiently and management of data warehouse is more effective. |
