中文摘要 | 欲瞭解餐盒工廠蟑螂之發生及其與環境衛生之相關,於1997年10月間自高雄地區領有營利事業登記證,每日生產1000 以上餐盒之工廠共60家,進行餐盒工廠之蟑螂誘捕調查及環境衛生之評估。結果60家餐盒工廠蟑螂侵害率為47%(28/60),美洲蟑螂侵害率為28%(17/60),德國蟑螂侵害率為23%(14/60);有發現蟑螂之28家餐盒工廠中,蟑螂密度為5.09±2.10隻╱每個捕蟑盒(平均值±標準誤),其中美洲蟑螂為1.91±0.55隻╱每個捕蟑盒(17家工廠),德國蟑螂為7.81±4.06隻╱每個捕蟑盒(14家工廠),美洲蟑螂及德國蟑螂之侵害率及密度,分別經統計檢定均無顯著性差異(p>0.05)。有蟑螂發生之餐盒工廠其環境衛生較差,在統計上有顯著性差異(p<0.05),在餐盒工廠四大部份環境衛生分析中,蟑螂之發生尤與調理區域之環境衛生呈顯著性相關(p<0.05),且在調理區域10個項目分析中,有發現蟑螂者,其調理區域出入口較沒有防止蟑螂病媒進入之裝置,調理區域地面較污漬及牆面較髒亂 ,此三項在統計學上均達顯著性相關。故餐盒工廠蟑螂之防除應首重調理區域環境衛生之加強。 |
英文摘要 | To study the level of infestations and the spread of the cockroach species, as well as the relationship between cockroaches and environmental sanitation in lunch-box plants, in 1997 October, we monitored 60 registered lunch-box plants, which produced more than 1000 lunch boxes per day, in the Kaohsiung area. The infestation rate of cockroaches in these lunch-box plants was 47% (28/60). The infestation rate of Periplanta americana was 28% (17/60), and that of Blattella germanica was 23% (14/60); the average density of the cockroachs was 5.09± 2.10 per trap (Mean± S.E.), among the 28 plants infested with cockroaches, and Periplanta americana and Blattella germanica had densities of 1.91 ±0.55 (17 plants) and 7.81± 4.06 (14 plants), respectively. There were no statistically significant differences between the infestation rate and density of Periplanta americana and that of Blattella germanica (p>0.05). A positive correlation was confirmed between poor sanitation and higher cockroach populations (p<0.05). There was a significant correlation between cooking area sanitation and cockroach populations (p<0.05). Improved sanitary conditions in the cooking areas of lunch-box plants increased the efficiency of control of cockroaches. |
