中文摘要 | 本研究的研究目的,在了解臺灣南部地區啟聰學校╱班的教室音響環境的實際狀 況,歸納研究結果,並提出建築上的改善方法與預期效果,以供啟聰教育機構參考。研究者 針對臺南、高雄縣市的啟聰班級共七校二十五班教室進行音響設備處理狀況的調查。此外並 針對臺南市的啟聰學校(幼稚部三間,國小部六間)和進學國小(三間)之十二間教室,以 專業噪音計、頻譜分析儀等儀器,實地進行餘響和噪音的測量;之後研究者再以建築音響觀 點,做餘響改善之對策。本研究結果為:一、啟聰學校╱班的教室的音響設備處理狀況:( 一)教室噪音:就學校外部噪音而言,絕大多數的教室是被安置於接近外部噪音來源的地區 。 就學校內部噪音而言,有 36% 存在二種以上的噪音源。就教室內部噪音而言,大多數教 室均有桌椅移動聲。(二)教室音響設備處理:沒有一間教室有完善的音響設備處理。僅有 28% 的教室使用吸音性礦纖天花板。二、臺南市啟聰班╱校教室的餘響與噪音狀況:(一) 餘響時間:平均餘響時間為 0.9 秒。 (二)噪音值:(1)教師上課講話(訊號)之音量 平均值為 72dBA。(2)教師上課不講話之背景噪音平均值為 59.4dBA。(3)教師上課之 訊噪比平均值為+ 12.6dBA。三、建築改善對策:若臺南市啟聰班╱校之天花板裝修變更為 礦纖吸音天花板及地板變更為地毯,則教室內之餘響時間可改善至 0.5 秒以下。 |
英文摘要 | The aims of the study were to understand classroom acoustics situation for students with hearing impairments (HI) who studied at elementary-stage special classes or kindergartens and elementary-stage at the deaf schools in the southern part of Taiwan, and to make an architecture improvement proposal with expected promising outcome. Seven schools and 25 special classes for HI children were chosen in Tainan city, Tainan county, and Kaouhsiung city for noise environment survey. For reverberation time and signal-to-noise ratio (S/N ratio) check, 12 classrooms for students with hearing impairments, including 9 classes in the Provinicial Tainan School for the Deaf and 3 self-contained classrooms for HI students in a public school in Tainan City were chosen. Besides, a teacher-made questionnaire was made to obtain teachers and students' opinions on the environment noise. Results showed that (1) Noise sources: Most classrooms existed more than two external noise sources; 36% of classrooms existed more than two internal noise sources. (2) Sound treatment: Only 5% has sound-treatment for ceiling part. (3) Reverberation: The average reverberation time (RT) is 0.9 second; no classroom met the recommended 0.4 second RT value. (4) Noise level: The background noise in occupied classrooms was 59.4dBA in average; none of those classrooms met the 35dBA noise-limit standard; (E) Signal to noise (S/N) ratio: The average S/N ratio was+12.6dBA; None of those classrooms achieved the ideal S/N ratio of + 20dBA. Suggestions were made for educators and school administrators' reference. |
