中文摘要 | 陶瓷濾材之構造,基本上包括一個多孔基材,提供適當之機械強度,以及足夠的 滲透率,然後在基材之上再製備一層或多層之微孔薄膜,以達成更佳之分離效果。基材的成 形方式有非常多種技術,如擠出成形、射出成形、乾壓成形等,其中乾壓成形法可採多量生 產方式,所以比較經濟,而且乾燥收縮率幾可忽略不計。本研究以α-氧化鋁及高嶺土做為 基本的無機粉末原料, 採用羧基甲基纖維素鈉鹽( CMC )做為黏結劑與孔洞形成劑,利用 乾壓成形法製得生坏,再經燒結後得到多孔的陶瓷基材。實驗中藉由改變高嶺土與氧化鋁之 比率、黏結劑的含量、生坏成形的壓力、燒結溫度之控制等操作變數進行探討。燒結後之成 品進行孔隙度的量測,並用氣體穿透法量測其穿透性及平均孔徑,最後再用強度儀測量成品 之三點彎曲強度。結果發現當黏結劑的含量愈少、生坏成形壓力愈大時,多孔陶瓷基材的穿 透性、平均孔徑與孔隙度均會愈小、彎曲強度則會愈大。 |
英文摘要 | A supported ceramic membrane which consists a macroporous layer as the support and microporous layers as the separation media are usually used for the separation purposes. Several forming processes may commonly be used to form a porous ceramic supports, for example, extrusion、 injection molding、 drying pressing.....Drying pressing technology is relatively mature, capital intensive, and widely used for the mass production of a wide variety of products. In this work, α -alumina and kaolin were chosen as ceramic raw materials and sodium salt of carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) as both binder and pore former. After drying pressing and firing, we obtained porous supports for filtration purposes. We studied the effects of quantities of alumina、 kaolin and CMC, forming pressing, sintering temperature. The products were examined for its porosity, pore size distribution, permeability, and flexural strength. Experimental results indicate that the three porous characteristics, i.e., permeability, pore size, porosity, will decrease with decrease the amount of binder and increasing forming pressure, but higher flexure strength. |
