中文摘要 | 孔隙率n是多孔性材料的重要性質。以往的學者皆未曾用其作為濕模砂成分控制的 參數。本文針對孔隙率對濕模砂的造模性質的影響進行實驗探討。造模性質包括濕態壓縮強 度σ�搳A透氣性 Per,壓實曲線,和壓縮比 CB。 實驗結果顯示,最大σ�搘X現在水分對黏 土比 M/B=0.3 附近。壓實曲線為空孔比與對數擠壓力 lnP 的直線。高煤粉量與低的水分含 量都會使孔隙率降低,導致低的 Per 值。因為σ�搎P Per 皆為孔隙率的函數,故孔隙率能 有效的反應濕模砂的成分變化。 |
英文摘要 | The effects of porosity on molding properties of foundry sand are fully investigated, including compaction curve, green compressive strength, permeability, and compactability. Result shows that the maximum green strength is developed around moisture/bentonite=3.0. Void ratio decreases in proportion to In (squeeze pressure).Low moisture and high seacoal level can decrease the porosity of foundry sand. Low porosity leads to low permeability. As permeability and green compressive strength are direct functions of porosity, porosity can be a sensitive indicator to monitor the variation of foundry sand ingredients. |
