中文摘要 | 本研究主要為探討國內生產之燒結型及冷結型輕質骨材混凝土之工程性質, 含 劈裂強度、破裂模數、握裹強度、梁及版之撓曲強度及單向剪力強度等, 並驗證 ACI 規定 對國產輕質混凝土之適用性。本研究共製作6組抗彎試體、36 組握裹試體、12 片版片及6 支梁構件。全部試體主要變數為混凝土抗壓強度 f'c,版及梁構件亦包括斷面尺寸及鋼筋量 之變化。每次澆置混凝土時並製作直徑 10cm 圓柱試體以供劈裂試驗及抗壓試驗。試驗結果 發現:( 1 )劈裂強度 fct 約為抗壓強度之 1/12.2 至 1/15.7,低於 ACI 之預測值。( 2 )若以 ACI 規定預測破裂模數 fr 將偏不保守,建議使用 fr=0.8fct 或 fr=1.2 √計算 。( 3 )燒結型與冷結型混凝土之握裹強度皆低於常重混凝土。其中冷結型者低於燒結型 。( 4 )版構件撓曲強度及單向剪力強度皆高於 ACI 規範之預測值,故 ACI 規範適用。 ( 5 )ACI 規範亦適用於梁構件撓曲強度之計算。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to investigate the behavior of lightweight concrete members, including splitting tensile strength, modulus of rupture of concrete, bond strength between concrete and reinforcement, flexural strength and shear strength of beams and slabs. The ACI Code requirements are examined. Six sets of concrete specimens for modulus of rupture, thirty-six specimens for bond test, twelve slab specimens and six beam speimens were made in this study. The results show that (1) the splitting tensile strength of concrete is about 1/12.2 to 1/15.7 of f'c,lower than that predicted by ACI; (2) �B modulus of rupture of concrete predicted by ACI is unconservative; (3) bond strengths are lower than those of normal weight concrete; and (4) procedures adopted by ACI to calculate the flexural strength and one-way shear strength of beams and slabs are acceptable. |
