中文摘要 | 為了解在國內飼養環境下,馬之第三掌(蹠)骨軟組織橫切面積、血像及局部皮 膚溫度在運動前、無負載運動後及騎乘運動後之變化而進行此研究。結果顯示於騎乘運動後 ,位於左掌骨上段與蹠骨下段之淺趾屈肌腱橫切面積有顯著增大(分別為 p<0.05 與 p<0.01 ),而位於掌骨下段者則顯著減小( p<0.05 );位於掌骨中段與下段及蹠骨上段 與中段之深趾屈肌腱均有顯著減少(分別為 p<0.05,p<0.05,p<0.01 及 p<0.01 ),而在 蹠骨下段則顯著增大;位於掌骨上段與中段之抑制韌帶呈現顯著減少( p<0.05 );位於蹠 骨中段與下段之懸韌帶呈顯著增大(分別為 p<0.05 與 p<0.01 )而在掌骨下段顯著減小( p<0.01 )。 在血像方面,於騎乘運動後,紅血球與白血球總數、血紅素濃度及天門冬酸氨 基轉移脢與肌酸激脢之活性均提升( p<0.05 )而乳酸去氫脢之活性則減低( p<0.05 )。 在局部皮膚溫度檢測方面,顯示於騎乘運動後,前肢之橈骨內側中點與尺骨末端之內側面, 以及後肢之脛骨體內側中點均呈顯著升高( p<0.05 )。 |
英文摘要 | The changes of the soft-tissue structures (superficial digital flexor tendon (SDFT), deep digital flexor tendon (DDFT), inferior check (ICL), and suspensory ligament (SL), etc.) of the metacarpus 3 and meta-tarsus 3 of the left limbs of 16 horses were assessed by diagnostic ultrasound. The results showed, that after ten-minute riding exercise on a elliptical sandy track of 90 m long, the areas of SDFT of the left forelimb upper part (LFU) (p<0.05) and the left hindlimb lower part (LHL) (p<0.01), DDFT of the LHL (p<0.01) and SL of the left hindlimb middle part (LHM) (p<0.05) and the LHL (p<0.01) increased significantly while the SDFT of the left forelimb lower part (LFL) (p<0.05), DDFT of the LFM (p<0.05), LFL (p<0.05), LHU (p<0.01) and LHM (p<0.01), ICL of the LFU (p<0.05) and LFM (p<0.05), and SL of the LFL (p<0.01) decreased. Blood samples were taken before and five minutes after the exercise. Red blood cell (RBC), white blood cell (WBC), hemoglobin (Hb), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and creatine kinase (CK) increased after exercise (p<0.05) while lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) decreased (p<0.05). The skin temperature in the midway of the medial side of the radius (LFUP), in the medial side of the distal end of the ulna (LFMP) and in the midway of the medial side of the tibia (LHUP) increased significantly (p<0.05) after riding exercise. |
