中文摘要 | 被喻為下世紀產業之米的微機電技術(Micro Electro Mechanical System, MEMS) 已成為各先進國家的核心工業。該技術涵蓋領域甚廣,如精密工業、生化醫療、資訊與通訊 產品以及環保安全等。而微機電技術會成為炙手可熱的領域,是因其『縮小化』及『整合』 的能力,所以將一化學實驗室完整的縮製在一晶片上也是可預期的,這就是所謂的晶片實驗 室 (Lab-on-a-chip,LOC) 或簡稱為化學晶片。晶片實驗室目前可以進行樣品前處理,分離 ,偵測等一般功能,而將來如將傳統的儀器的周邊設備也共植於晶片,並結合通訊與網際網 路,可望成為新一代生化與醫療科技的主流。現在的檢測設備在將來得以微小化、積體化、 並可具有智慧、也可以批次製造以降低成本,又因本身功能兼備,體積又小能有效的提升分 析檢驗的時效。本文主要是以微氣相層析儀中微注入器之研製、微電泳晶片之研究及生化晶 片和化學感測器的離子選擇電極未來發展方向做一簡單的概述。 |
英文摘要 | The widely eulogized Micro Electro Mechanical System, MEMS, has won its way to the front row of strategic industries in the developed countries. It spans a broad spectrum of modern technology such as precision industries, biomedical industries, informatioin and communication, and the least, environmental and safety industries. Its tremendous capacity of miniaturizability and readiness to integrate a good choice of parts has materialized the concept of chemical lab on a chip, dubbed LOC, or chemical chip. The state of the art of LOC has now achieved the stage of integrating sampling, separation and detection in the immediate future may be able to annex instrumental peripherals, and best of all, if connected to communication network, it can stand out as the thematic biomedical equipment in future. In a series of reports as follows, a few interesting topics of micro GC injector, micro capillary electrophoresis, biochips and ion selective electrodes will be brought to you. |
