中文摘要 | 本研究係使用FCD-700型鑄鐵材料製成嵌件(Insert)後,以重力鑄造配合熱浸純 鋁或純鋅等處理,製備A356鋁合金與鑄鐵嵌件接合鑄件,探討製程參數包括熱浸材料、熱浸 時間、熱浸溫度等,對擴散層厚度及接合強度之影響。實驗結果顯示,熔融A356鋁合金與熱 浸純鋁後之鑄鐵嵌件進行鑄造接合後,其接合界面反應物在靠近鑄鐵側部份之成分近似於 FeAl相;而在靠近A356鋁合金側之介金屬層之成分則接近FeAl□相。而熔融A356鋁合金與 熱浸純鋅後之鑄鐵嵌件進行鑄造接合後,接合件中界面反應物之組成則近似FeSiAl□相。當 A356鋁合金與熱浸鋁鑄鐵接合件的擴散層厚度達20-35μm左右,其抗接強度可達50MPa左 右,爾後抗拉強度隨著擴散層厚度增加而減少。當A356鋁合金與熱浸鋅鑄鐵接合件的擴散層 厚度達7-10μm左右,抗拉強度可達50MPa左右,爾後抗拉強度隨著擴散層厚度增加而減少。 |
英文摘要 | In this study the casst welding of molten A356 aluminum alloy to ferrous inserts of FCD-700 cast iron was inuestigated. Galvanized coating and hot dip aluminizing on the ferrous inserts were examined and their effects on the bonding strength of the molten A356 Al alloy to the ferrous inserts were evaluated. SEM/EDS and EPMA analysis on the interface of A356 Al alloy/galvanized or aluminized ferrous inserts casts reveled that the interfacial products formed in the course of cast welding between the A356 Al alloy and the ferrous inserts consisted of one or several compound layers. In the A356/aluminized cast iron insert specimens, the interfacial compound products were basically of FeAl with a few of Si and Ni near the cast iron side and of FeAl□ near the A356 Al alloy side. While in the A356/galvanized cast iron specimens, the interfacial compound product was found to be monloayer product of FeSiAl□. The bonding strengths of the A356 Alloy to the ferrous inserts was found crucial to the nature and the thicknesses of the compound layer formed between the A356 Al alloy and the ferrous inserts. The maximum bonding strengths obtained in the A356/aluminized cast iron and A356/galvanized cast iron specimens were 50Mpa, respectively, when the thicknesses of their interfacial compound products were in the range of 20-35 and 7-10μm respectively. |
