中文摘要 | 為瞭解由不同地區台南白族群選獲之自交系組合而成之F1雜種,在台 灣不同期作下其產量潛能之表現情形,使用8個自交系及其28個F1雜種為材 料,分別於1995年春(3月28日)、夏(5月8日)、秋(9月4日)及冬季裡作(10月 26日)於農試所試驗田進行試驗。結果顯示台南白F1雜種之果穗鮮重、籽粒乾 重等產量之平均表現,呈現秋作及冬季裡作>春作>夏作。基因型與期作間有明 顯的交感作用。經四個期作不同環境評估其產量及農藝性狀,並與台南白族群比 較結果,顯示台南白F1雜種中,有些組合不但產量高於對照種,且在四個不同 期作中均名列前芧,表現相當穩定,其中以GxE、HxG及HxE等F1雜種較符 合產量高、長穗型、行數八行,且植株不易倒伏之育種目標。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this study is to evaluate the Tainan-white F₁ hybrids yield potential at different crop seasons in Taiwan, eight inbred lines and twenty-eight F₁ hybrids derived from Tainan-white (TNW) maize populations were available. All the material were evaluated in Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute in spring, summer, fall and winter crop seasons of 1995, respectively, with random complete block design. The results of the analysis of variance showed that the crop seasons, genotypes and crop season × genotype interaction were significant across the four crop seasons for most agronomic characters. The performance of ear fresh weight and grain dry weight of F₁ hybrids were winter and fall > spring > summer. During four crop seasons, compared with open-pollinated TNW population by the yield and agronomic characters, hybrids of E × G, H × E and H × G has been selected. And these hybrids had eight row number, larger kernels, longer ear length, higher yield, better plant type and resistance to lodging. |
