英文摘要 | The PRC valued education, science and technology and began to process their reform from the second half of 1970s, then, Chines Mainland hold a session of the whole state to discuss how to improve the effect of education, science and technology in 1977. And in 1988, Deng Xiaoping pointed out that science and technology being a primary productive force, their progress is a decisive factor in economic development. Up to 1995, Jiang Zemin advanced the strategies to revitalize state though education, science and technology. Nowadays, these strategies become a basic strategies of the PRC for going to next century, so, to deepen the reform of the management systems of education, science and technology to promote their integration with the economy is the big challenge for the next century, and these strategies is the key to boost national competitiveness and productivity. This article makes an analysis about the steps and objective, implementing situation and the subjective and objective restricted factors of these strategies. |
