中文摘要 | 本論文主要是在探討如何利用品質工程中之田口(Taguchi)方法以進行非線性多 變數系統PID控制器參數調整之工作。文中首先介紹如何有系統地建立具高水準數的直交表 ,接著提出一疊代使用直交表之方式,以便進行PID參數之調整。由於所提之方法可以利用 實驗之方式進行,因此在受控體數學模型未知的情況下仍可以進行參數調整的工作。另外由 於調整的次數可以因使用直交表而被有效地減少,因此和其他的調整方法比較,所提之方法 在時間上有著較佳的效率。而為了驗證所提方法的正確性和實用性,除了單變數系統的測試 外,也將針對一實際的單輸入雙輸出的多變數蹺蹺板系統進行控制器設計的工作。 |
英文摘要 | Based on the Taguchi method, which has been used widely in quality engineering, an approach is proposed for PID parameter tuning of multivariable (multi-input or multi-output). In the proposed method, how to tabulate orthogonal arrays with high factor levels will be discussed first. Then based on these arrays, an iterative procedure is proposed for PID parameter tuning. Since the tuning process is performed experimentally, one does not need to determine the mathematical model of the controlled plant, which is usually hard to obtain in practice. Moreover, since using the orthogonal arrays can reduce the number of experiments significantly, the proposed method will be efficient in time comparison with other tuning techniques. In the examples, several SISO (single-input and single-output) systems and a multivariable seesaw system will be used for illustration. The results will verify the validity and feasibility of the proposed method. |
