中文摘要 | 本研究指在評估操作氣動起子時工作姿勢和握把型式配合工作面對於手一臂反應的影響。手一臂反應包括操作時各手指與屈指肌的施力及工具傳遞至手部的震動。所評估的自變項含兩種工作姿勢(站姿和坐姿)與兩種握把型式(直型和槍型),其中直型起子的使用配合水平工作面,槍型起子的使用配合額面。13位男性受試者依隨機排序的實驗條件將螺絲鎖進鐵板上刻有螺紋的孔內。實驗結果顯示工作姿勢與握把型式的交互作用對手指施力有顯著影響,在節省指力的考量下,站姿適於在水平面上操作直型起子,坐姿適於在額面上操作槍型起子。此外,小指的施力負荷明顯大於食、中和無名指。在手部所承受的震動與肌力負荷方面,坐姿皆大於站姿。因此,在使用氣動起子從事裝配作業時,採用半坐半站的工作站設計也許較能減少對於手一臂所造成的工作負荷。 |
英文摘要 | Using power hand tools including screwsdrivers was found inducing stress in the hand-arm system. Teh objective of this study is to evaluate the influences of work posture and handle shape associated with work plane to the hand-arm response of operating pneumatic screwdrivers. Hand-arm response was investigated in terms of individual finger force, flexor digitorum exertion, and hand-transmitted vibration. Two work postures (standing, and sitting) and two handle shqpes (in-line and pistol-grip) were evaluated. The in-line screwdriver was associated with the transverse plane operation; the pistol-grip screwdriver was associated with the frontal plane operation. Thirteen healthy male subjects drove screws into an iron plate with pre-tapped screw holes in the randomly ordered experimental conditions. The results indicate that the interaction of work posture and handle shape significantly influenced the finger force exertion. In view of saving finger force exertion, standing posture was favorable to operating the in-line screwdriver in the transverse plane, and sitting posture was favorable to operating the pistol-grip screwdriver in the frontal plane. The small finger had a significantly greater risk of overexertion than the other fingers. In addition, the sitting posture had greater hand-transmitted vibration and forearm muscular stress than the standing posture. Perhaps, it is necessary to design a sit-stand workstation for the assembly task using a pneumatic whole body fatigue. |
