中文摘要 | 開式模鍛之鍛模通常皆設有毛邊槽以吸收多餘材料,並藉由毛邊阻力來材料充滿模穴,因此毛邊槽形狀將影響材料充填的效果,其設計更是鍛模結構設計的重要項目。本文係以斜角狀之直線與曲線兩種不同外形毛邊槽的鍛模,進行鍛造製程有限元素模擬分析,並各從毛邊寬度、毛邊截面積、材料擠凸高度及充填係數等分析作比較,證實曲線形比直線形毛邊槽的充模能力佳。 |
英文摘要 | The main purposes of flash cavity in designing closed die is to contain redundant materials at forging process and to enhance the cavity filling of material assisted by the friction resistance of flash. The flash cavity would deeply affect the material filling of forging process and it is crucial for forging die construction. In this paper, two kinds of forging dies, with straight and curved profile iin wedge flash saddle, would be analyzed by using finite element method to simulate the forging process. The comparison would be made in according to the aspects of the flash width and section area, the bossed height of material extrusion, and the filling factor. As a result, it is had been proved that curved flash saddle in forging die is better than straight one on filling capability. |
