中文摘要 | 本文圍繞機械產品概念設計的核心技術;功能表達、功能分解與綜合、功能推理與決策,著重研究功能-原理-佈局-結構的創新設計模型化方法,以及利用計算機模擬人類解決問題的辨證思維過程。同時,在研究國內外概念設計發展現狀的基礎上,提出了基於可拓方法的機械產品概念設計的新方法,詳細地論述了該種新方法的研究內容、研究方法和路線,並將其應用於刀庫方案設計過程中。此外,應用可拓方法中的發散樹方法和優度評價法,在AutoCAD2000的繪圖環境下,採用Visual Lisp和DCL語言開發出基於可拓方法的加工中心刀庫設計智慧CAD系統,驗證了該方法的可行性和有效性。 |
英文摘要 | This article rounds the core technology of the conceptual design of mechanical product to research the modelization method of innovation of function-principle-layout-configuration design. This core technology includes the function expression, the function decomposition and synthesis, the function illation and decision. Computers are utilized to simulate the human dialectic thought when resolve problems. At the same time, it is put forward that the new method of conceptual design of mechanical product based on extension method on the basis of researching the status quo of conceptual design in home and abroad. Its content, characters, path, and method of researching are discussed detailedly, and applied in the process of designing the tool storage's scheme. In addition, to apply the divergent tree method and the optimal appraisal method, both are ones of extension method, the intelligent CAD system of designing tool storage is developed based on the extension method and AutoCAD2000 by the Visual Lisp and DCL language. It certifies that this method is feasible and valid. |
