中文摘要 | 橡膠材料在現今工業所扮演的角色益形重要,而在發電業裡卻常常被忽略。由於 它優良的彈性及阻尼等特性,用為連接器或減震器時,還沒有其它很好的材料可以取代。 做為一個機械維護人員,對於這種材料的認識相當有限。造成材料選擇時常常出錯,需要訂 製時,也掌握不到製程的優劣。在使用或儲存的過程中,因為方法不當,間接縮短了材料的 壽命。 本文先探討高分子材料,再介紹橡膠材料的各種特性及製程,並列舉兩項開發案例做為參考 。由於掌握到橡膠製品的各項特性,維修的步驟、方法才得以改善,電廠機組的效率因而提 升。更重要的,以往由國外廠商完全掌握的商品,現在已能在國內研發自製,而且品質毫不 遜色。 |
英文摘要 | Due to excellent visco-elasticity, rubber can hardly be substituted by other materials when used as expansion joints or vibration absorbers. Nevertheless, while rubber is receiving much more attention for its universal applications in many indrstries, it has being ignored by power utilities. Most of Taipower's mechanical engineers have limited knowledge of rubber material and may occasionally make mistakes in selecting proper rubber products for power plant. Additionally, inappropriate usage and storage procedures may accelerate the decay of rubber products. Improvements in power plant efficiency with correct maintenance process of rubber products require better knowledge of rubber properties. Therefore, in this paper, the properties of macromolecular substances and rubber material were firstly described. Then, two development cases of rubber products were introduced. It was found that high quality rubber products which had to be purchased abroad can now be manufactured in Taiwan. |
