英文摘要 | A nonlinear analytical model for the fiber-reinforced composite laminates, including stress analysis and failure analysis, is used to predict the ultimate strengths of the composite laminates under biaxial tensile load. In stress analysis, the nonlinear constitutive model for a single layer of fiber-reinforced composite is to assume an elastic-plastic behavior for fiber and matrix of the composites and a nonlinear behavior for in-plane shear stress. The onset of failure for individual lamina within the laminate is based on a mixed failure criterion. In addition, the post-failure modes of composites are also taken into account. The individual layer constitutive equations are superimposed using the classical lamination theory to yield the global laminate response. |
